The Aquazoo is an urban institution of Duesseldorf, which also fullfills the role of a zoo and a natural history museum.
At the Aquazoo almost 500 different species are shown - it contains for example a  tropical house with alligators and a large shark tank.
At the Löbbecke museum you can find exibitions of  many species of spiders and beetles and clear explanations of the development of the animal world.
